Covid 19

It has been a tricky year for everyone, what with lockdown and just generally learning to live in a global pandemic, I understand. But I know for Brides and for anyone working in the Wedding industry, there has been so much uncertainty. Some of you have had Weddings booked for years and have either had to make compromises or postpone entirely, some of you more than once

All I can say to reassure you, is that I'm being guided by government advice. Now that we can perform both Hair and Makeup services, I have all of my policy and procedures in place to ensure everyone is safe. To read our policy in full, please see the attached document below.

With regards to my booking procedure, our booking deposit remains as a non refundable retainer. This covers me for all of the time spent on admin and it also protects me financially in case of cancellation. However, in the case of postponement due to Covid 19, I am happy to transfer the deposit to another date,  dependant on availability.
